What you are buying
Your AI Game Plan is a digital 49-day AI confidence sprint. It includes a short assessment, a personalised plan, and program emails delivered over time.
Payment
Payment is a one-off purchase in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Program emails
You need to provide a working email address so we can deliver the program. Program emails are part of the product.
Educational use only
Your AI Game Plan is general educational material. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use any suggestions in your own work.
Using AI tools
The program may ask you to use AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, ChatGPT, or similar services. Be mindful of what you put into any AI tool. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, private, regulated, client, employer, or third-party information unless you have the right permission to do so.
No affiliation with tool providers
Your AI Game Plan is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Google, Gemini, NotebookLM, OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any other AI tool provider. We recommend these tools because they are approachable ways to start using AI.
Your data, IP, and permissions
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any material you enter into an AI tool. This includes workplace documents, client material, copyrighted content, trade secrets, personal information, and intellectual property owned by someone else.
AI output
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Review and check outputs before relying on them.
Intellectual property
Your AI Game Plan materials belong to Your AI Game Plan. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute the program materials without permission.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Changes
We may update the program or these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.
